Can I exchange all IXXIs?
Yes, all IXXIs are eligible for exchange! Whether it’s a photo IXXI or one from our collections, you can trade it in.
For IXXIs with 20 cards or less: €30 discount on a new IXXI (minimum purchase of €70).
For IXXIs with more than 20 cards: €50 discount on a new IXXI (minimum purchase of €100).
Your discount coupon is valid for 6 months.
Absolutely. You’ll cover the shipping costs yourself, but they’re already factored into the value of your coupon.
First, we check the condition. If it’s a collection image and still in great shape, we’ll donate it to community spaces like schools, childcare centers, libraries, and health centers. If it’s a photo IXXI or has damage, we’ll recycle it entirely to create new IXXIs!
Unfortunately, no. Our website only allows one coupon per order. Coupons can’t be combined with other offers, and you can only send in an IXXI for a coupon once every 6 months.
You’ll typically receive your coupon by email within 3 days of returning your IXXI. Check your promotions or spam folder just in case!
