Japanese print artist Hokusai focussed on woodcut printing. His most well-known works are his landscapes, with The Great Wave being the most famous. He created this when he was 70 years of age! Hence Hokusai's famous saying: “If heaven had granted me five more years, I could have become a real painter.”
